"Personnel was exceptional. The parking is still very difficult. We read all the internet comments, called the hotel directly, and received good GPS instructions, (enter destination "Sudpassage). When we did this, we were unable to identify the parking lot or the turn to find it. When we parked in an open area to re-enter the destination and make a second attempt, we were advised by the police to "move on." (Do not blame them for doing their job.) Given the complexity (to us) of the highway layout, we concluded that it was easier to drop the rental car and walk to the hotel with the luggage, another convoluted process although airport personnel were numerous and helpful."

"This is a nice sized hotel directly across from Skyline Plaza. Each room has a small kettle with tea/coffee options and the staff were lovely. There is a tram stop 3 minutes walk which is a few short stops (under 10 minutes) from the main train station. Or you can walk to the main train station in about 15 minutes. From the train station, the Christmas markets are a short walk of around 10 minutes and well worth it for the historic scenery. The hotel had construction outside when we started (December 2024) but the hotel is so quiet you barely hear a thing, particularly in the evening. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. "

"Relatively new property that is clean, well maintained, and with walkable access to S, U, and long-haul trains as well as the street trams/buses. Staff are all very accommodating. Solid breakfast spread though it gets crowded. The area is safe but you need be attentive how far you stray. The value for money is undeniable but it was an-off week in this area that is geared to conferences and conventions in Messe. I'd go again."

"Great location right across from the train station in Frankfurt. Easy access to local and long distance trains. Walkable the many shops and restaurants. 15 min walk to the Christmas markets. Clean room and newly renovated bathroom. Super friendly staff. No one around the hotel.bothers you. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again when we return to Frankfort."

"I liked the location of the hostel. Its close to the train station making it easy to walk to. Could be a bit cleaner however its was par to most hostels I've been to. I would definitely stay again. "
