"As others have noted, area around hotel is savory. But you avoid it if you are arriving by train and you exit station at north exit in which case you only need to walk across the street. The hotel has entry steps that were challenging with luggage but doable. I’m surprised they haven’t built a ramp."

"I stayed here with my work team to attend the 2025 Heimtextil convention at the Messe Frankfurt. It was walkable to the Messe and was a fantastic home base for an arduous week. The rooms and full kitchenettes were extremely comfortable and well-outfitted, down to a pan and utensils to use the stove range, and the security, onsite dining, and free laundry were also fabulous. The staff was absolutely amazing and so patient, informative, and proactive. It was also nice to be within walking distance...
