"Hotel was great! I did get the bigger room which was nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is only like 7 rooms to this hotel. So it’s more like staying in an apartment than a hotel. Very central location. Patheon was about 7 min walk. Area is very clean and safe. Would stay again"

"We checked in late (midnight) and Alyssa was so accommodating and provided self check in (which was easy and quick). She is great and very helpful. The room is very clean, spacious, simple but aesthetically pleasing, and I love that the hotel is environment-conscious (ie: shampoo in a big dispenser instead of small plastic bottles which we throw away after use). It also smells great and realizing in the bathroom thanks to natural essential oil reeds. The surrounding area is okay, morning walk...

"This place is amazing. Has a view to die for especially if you are Catholic. There’s no other hotel like it in the area. Will definitely stay there again if we ever go back to Rome"

"This is a unique property right on the Spanish Steps. Our room was the Suite which had its own balcony looking over the steps about halfway up. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The only negative was the lack of an onsite restaurant for breakfast. Breakfast was available at a slight discount directly across the Piazza di Spagna from the hotel, though this was mediocre"

"Wonderful boutique hotel with the best service - every single member of staff is so welcoming and they genuinely want to ensure you have a great stay. The reception team in particular was incredibly helpful when I needed advice and recommendations. The happy hour on the rooftop is a lovely touch, even in the cooler months and the buffet style breakfast was ideal for getting the day off to a good start. "Excellent stay at the hotel for my Wife & I. As in photos, felt safe in the Prati area. All information was sent via WhatsApp for code access and pre-registration and paying taxes prior to stay. Lovely bed, room and bathroom. Shower was very nice and smart. I would recommend a stay here. About a 10 minute walk to the closest Metro (Lepanto). Plenty of dining options around, I recommend using The Fork app to look for deals around. I hope to return again some day."
