"Upon check-in, we were greeted by Luca at the front desk. He was very friendly and informative, providing maps and directions for us. The room had been recently renovated, the linens, bed and pillows were all very comfortable. The hotel seemed to be very clean. A strange thing though, our room was up on the fifth floor and they had the security door on that floor locked. We couldn’t get out. We had to use an extra key to unlock the main doors to the floor to exit in the morning. It was a ...
