From before I reached Jamaica I contacted expedia to let them know I was unable to get in contact with the property. I did not have access to the property and yet expedia sees no issue with taking my money to give to these scammers."

"I travel often to Jamaica - staying at different villas and this stay was beyond expectations. The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures depict. Staff here is extremely hospitable and professional. Clayton the butler was friendly, always available when needed and accommodating to every request - morning or night. Chef Shellane was spectacular. Her meals were delicious and she had a joyful friendly attitude. My stay here was beyond expectations and I hope to return here again in the near...

"Our stay in Zuma Villa was amazing. Our host Joyela was phenomenal. She’s a SUPER host. The villa was very clean, beautiful, and it was so easy for us to feel at home. Joyela paid so much attention to details, very resourceful, and communication was superb. She had the plug to everything needed.
