"My children and I stayed at Hotel Riu Ocho Rios for 7 days, and we had an amazing time! The property was gorgeous. The customer service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond, and made sure we were happy and having fun. The only thing I would change would be the cleanliness of the beach. There was some trash on the sand and in the water. However, with that said, I did regularly see staff cleaning the beach. Thank you for making my 40th birthday unforgettable! We will be back. :)"

"Perfect location! Finally found a boutique hotel that was right in the middle of everything in Ochi! Walking distance to the beach (with free access) restaurants grocery stores and bars everything you could ask for. My husband is paralyzed and this is the only true place that is actually accessible with rollin showers grab bars everything that can give complete independence to persons in wheelchair. Which is a true blessing! The kitchen in our room had everything we needed and very spacious. The place is clean and spotless! Completely gated with 24 hours security. It’s definitely a safe place for all tourists. A special thank you to Melonie and Chino, who not only kept the place safe, but we’re a blessing to talk to and made our stay even more enjoyable. Front receptionist Jordan, Chris, and I forgot the other guy‘s name were wicked and made sure that we are well taken care of! Housekeeping was lovely and Raymond who worked the restaurant and the other lovely girl who again I forgot her name regretfully were amazing. They were welcoming and went out of their way to make sure to make us feel welcomed and loved. The entire Sago palm team smiles were contagious! My husband and I want to thank everyone at Sago Palm and we look forward to staying with you again next year"

"My husband and I had an amazing time at the resort, Couples Tower Isle. The food was excellent and always available. There were always plenty of bartenders ready to make lots of drinks. We especially enjoyed the Island. Not sure if it would be our thing, but ended up spending the majority of our time there. We even canceled an afternoon catamaran/booze cruise to spend more time there. Room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and the resort was immaculately maintained. We've already promised each other that we're going back. "
