"Very clean, beds were comfortable, nice big windows overlooking the city on the 6th floor. Had little kitchen, will definitely stay here again. Oh and good food and drinks. Had great conversation with bartender. "

"The people behind the desk, both inbound and out, were perect customer service people. If I had a business that needed excellent customer service folks, I'd try to hire them away. One minor problem was the electronic lock on our room door. I inserted the card, the green light came on, but the door wouldn't open. Second try, the light was red. Third try, no light, Fourth try, green light and the door opened. It happened each time we used the key card."
