"Amazing staff, will help you through any situation!! Room we were assigned, was dated, had marks on walls, and doors. Remote was missing back cover. Small stuff, that you expect to not be seen. Nice hotel for a nice stay in Syracuse, but for the price I would expect more. "

"It was a good trip, the service was friendly and the room was clean. Definitely family oriented. The water wasn’t clean enough to drink but clean enough to shower and bathe. Vending machines every floor and always stock. The key cards were a hit or miss when unlocking but service was nice enough to replace key card when needed. We’re aloud to stay longer than we originally planned for, which was very amazing. We couldn’t be thankful and grateful enough. For the services and the time we had, we enjoyed the stay."

"Stayed here for a single night. The heat hadn’t been set for our room so it was freezing upon arrival. We had requested another blanket and it was never brought. Bed was comfortable and room was otherwise nice. "
