"I don't care about some negative review in this place. All I need is a place to sleep with while spending my holiday in York. And this place is perfect. It has everything I need (towel, toiletries, refreshments). Very clean and tidy. Nice toilet and shower. Location, it is very near in bus stops that could take you in a few minutes to the city center. I enjoy my stay here as much as I enjoy traveling York. I just want a little suggestion to atleast have a microwave oven so we can buy ready to eat foods. Besides that.. everything is perfect."

"Our overnight stay was great, couldn't fault the environment, even smelt amazing! Breakfast was plentiful and had vegan options without even asking which was great. We did have some noisy neighbouring guests who had obviously been sampling the York nightlife but nothing that couldn't be fixed with a pair of earplugs!"
