During my stay there was a fire alarm activation in the morning, there were no staff outside the building communicating with those guests who actually evacuated the building, which would have been useful. "It is a very nice hotel. The only downside is the most major restaurants there are closed in Mondays and Tuesdays. The breakfast buffet is great! They bake the best bread in Japan!!!!"

"Rooms are small (even in Japanese standard). Nice thing about it was its onsen with natural hot spring water. I try to book Dormy Inn when I travel to Japan as it offer onsen experience without going to onsen towns. Also, one nice touch is its late night ramen ."
