"Really enjoyed our stay at Fuji Premium Resort hotel. I got a room that has two bedrooms in it, probably the biggest room we ever had from all of our stays in Japan. It has a separate sunroom and living room and a kitchen. Hotel staff was friendly as well. The laundry machine is free to use, you only need to pay for using the dryer. I had a big load of washing and only needed 300 yen for the dryer and my laundry was perfectly dry when I pick them up. Parking is free too. You do need to drive out a bit to find restaurants, but only a short drive and there are plenty to choose from. We were there in winter. So, the hotel was not busy. This place is probably packed in summer."

"We stayed here for two days. Next day after check in, they didn’t clean the room and when I asked there is a lot of waste in the room, they asked me to clean. I was surprised! But can’t say anything, maybe it is their hotel rule to ask customers to clean their rooms."

"2 minute walk to numazu station, hotel was great and staff were super helpful. I requested a Japanese travel adaptor as my U.K. plug did not fit and they let me borrow it. "

"This hotel has a small hot springs bath. Because it's small you need to follow rules but rules in English are posted everywhere. Washing machine with detergent is free. Dryer is only 100 yen for 20 min. Very nice little town "

"Hotel was very close to the North Exit of Numazu Station and easy to find. There’s a Lawsons,7-11 and McDonalds near by. Very quiet hotel and the staff was nice and helpful. We would stay here again when we visit Numazu"
