"The washer actually dries as well, that's why it washes for over 2hours on auto! The property was clean and has enough space for a big luggage without it getting to much in the way. The place is very well located with nearby grocery and convinience store. It had all the basic amenities and check in was a breeze. Thank you"

"Loved the quiet area "

"Everything you need for your stay in one convenient location. Check-in/check-out is easy with staff to provide assistance. Kitchen is well-equipped with cookware, plates, utensils, stovetop, mini-oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, and fridge. Bathroom has shower/tub combo with separate toilet and sink area. Also, has a washer and dryer (the entire shower/bathroom is a dryer. We dried our clothes in there no problem. Just had to translate the proper settings). Bed is comfortable. TV was nice to...

"It really felt like I was living in Japan rather than living as a tourist!! The manager was sitting outside of the property and checked me in instantly. He also had an assistant who helped carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs. You are given a key for your apartment unit and are responsible for not losing it. I think the responsibility of keeping the key safe shows that my belongings are safe, no matter how long they sit in my room ☆ I also recommend speaking to the manager if you see him...

"Great spot. Close to Tokorozawa Station. Shops, restaurants and bakeries are a short walk. The room was kind of small for 3 large American men. The communication with us was excellent. Very quiet location but close to things to do. "

"We stayed 8 nights at Minn (family of 4), the place was very clean, updated and very spacious The neighbourhood is amazing and the ASAKUSA subway station is very close. It’s very close to the senjo Ji temple, it was a very cool experience to walk through it every day to get around The only thing was that it would come at least once to empty the garbages or change toilets. You basically have to submit a request via a Japanese app to get any service needed Overall I would stay again "

"Great property close to attractions and shopping. My only gripe was that it was a bit the pricey side but accommodating for 4 in Japan will always be an uphill battle. Nice amount of room in room and the heater in the bathroom is clutch for the winter months. "

"I like their customer service because they can respond to my messages immediately and solve my problems. The property's outside environment is quite and safe, and walkable to public transportation. Walk from the property to the market is about 10 mintues and 7-11, family mart, and Lawson."

"My partner and I loved our 11 day stay here. It is only a 7 minute walk from the Tamachi station. If you need extra towels for your stay, you can either wash them or go downstairs in the back for more. The check in & check out process was smooth. The bed was so comfortable and we loved how quiet the room was, despite it being on a busy street. The only thing that gave us issues was the WiFi (we were unable to connect). Thank you Seaside Tamachi! 😊"

"Nice quiet area. Nice to have the extra room traveling with family. A bit of a walk (15 min) to a nearby train station if you are wanting to train anywhere. Lots of places to eat nearby. 24 hour convenience store across the street which is handy. 4 night stay and in suite laundry made this a wonderful stay. "

"This property was awesome! My biggest destination was Disney Tokyo parks - my commute to the park was easy and quickplus going home was so easy as Shiomi was not where the locals were exiting at, after a long day this was convenient. To get to the major tourist destinations was also very easy being next to the Shiomi station. Only drawback I had was not finding many food options arriving back home anywhere from 8-11pm. Hotel is awesome, wish there were more local dining options. "

"This hotel is very clean and quiet. Even with all the noise of the area, our room was almost silent. Shinjuku can be overwhelming to some with the volume of people and night life, but the area felt safe. There is a 7-11 on the ground floor and lots of other places to grab food and drinks on the area. About a 10 minute walk from Shinjuku Station."
