"We visit Fruita once or twice a year and love to stay at the rentals managed by Kristy and Mike. This property worked well for 2 adult couples and our dogs. Comfortable large king suite, small queen room, well equipped spacious kitchen, and plenty of living room seating. Dining room seats 4-6 comfortably."

"Advertised 100% accurate. Very clean home, had everything I needed. Allows pets which was perfect for me and my little travel companion. The welcome basket was an extra personalized touch. Would definitely stay there again."

Great find in Grand Junction

"We frequently spend the night in Grand Junction while traveling. This was our 1st trip staying at Clarion Inn. The pricing was right. The place was clean and comfortable. Indoor pool and small game area with pool tables+ Free breakfast++ Dog friendly +++"
