"The room and check in was great until we decided to use the toilet in the room. Toilet had not been cleaned/sanitized. Gross. Had unpacked etc. did not want to change room said they would come and clean toilet, which they did. Great. Offered discount on room price for the inconvience. Great but room booked on hotel.com need to contact them to contact hotel to do discount. Not possible. Very disappointing."

"This had been a different hotel that was purchased and very well refurbished. The room was excellent in all ways--clean, modern, amenities. The ONLY criticism was the walls are incredibly thin, so it's quite noisy from adjoining rooms, the rooms above, and the parking lot. Wear earplugs and you'll be fine! Would stay here again."
