"More of an apartment than actual hotel, the sheets were soft, beds comfortable, the breakfast was really good and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I slept much better here than in the other hotels in Nuremberg and Munich. The walk to the bahnhof was a little sketchy but the shopping at the mall around the corner was excellent with an entire food court and plentiful options. "A great hotel with beautiful decor and friendly staff. My studio from had a microwave and a small stove top with a drawer of pans and dishes , a really nice offering . I highly recommend this place !"

"Due to some mix up, I was assigned a room that hadn't been fully cleaned. When contacted via phone the concierge was quick to re-assign me to a different room which was fully satisfactory in cleanliness. Included two small bottles of water, and two pods for the coffee maker. There was no iron / ironing board available to press shirts for business, and I found the pillows on the bed were excessively large. Maybe thin pillows would be available from the concierge, but I didn't think to ask....

"Short walk from the center. Nice restaurant options nearby and a grocery across the street. Breakfast was pretty basic. "

"Overall it was good experience. But there is no reception. Check in was terrible. Waiting lot of time infront of the front door, then again lot time infront of the room door. Finally after Al transfer me to the supporting team the issue was resolved. "
