"The staff was exceptionally helpful, I reached out to the hotel for a possible early check in, and I received an email around 1030am stating they had my room ready. I was not expecting to hear back from the hotel so quickly or even a check in before 2pm. I just want to extend my thanks to the gentleman that checked me in and to your entire staff and crew for their hospitality and amazing guest service, you truly went above and beyond to accommodate my partner and I. "We stayed at the Live Casino Hotel to attend a baseball game at Citizens Bank Park, which was an easy and safe walk from the hotel. The entire property was very clean, and it was a pleasant surprise that parking was so easy (and readily available)! The only downfall was that there was nothing close enough to entertain our teenaged son while we waited for the game. "

"Check-in/out staff were wonderful! The buffet breakfast could use a little work. Most of the food was lukewarm. But, having a made-to-order omlette the second day resolved that issue. Also, even though the sign indicated croissants I never saw one offered. "

"Comfort and care is very nice establishment I had great time at my stay just wish staff was little bit more friendly! Being kind in many ways goes long way but I had great time overall I will book again thank god bless i walked around the complex and wish it was little Bit more tidy but overall I enjoy outskirts of the building !
