"I thought they would be as well taken care of as the residence in. I was moved from 4th floor with 81 year old mother to 1st floor because elevator broke moms very sick. Then I was moved to room 126 refrigerator was broke Terri the clerk told me they would fix it I had to throw out all my items . Now the powers out in entire building the rooms are pitch black trying to get outa rooms could kill u these people lie & cover up all kinds crap they ought fire them all or give refunds back this place sucks"
