"We really enjoyed our stay at Karl August, visited for my birthday and the hotel left me a pastry in the room which was a lovely touch. Staff were friendly, location was perfect and the rooftop spa was a dream. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!"

"The stay was amazing the room was nice , the only thing I would say is that the stay over service should be given every day, and it did not have breakfast and coffee should be free in the lobby area, every hotel I have ever stayed at gives free coffee. You should consider giving free breakfast or have some available for customers if nothing else I’d pay for it. But of course free is better "

"Very nice modern room and accommodations for our small dog was lovely. Breakfast host and staff were awesome and breakfast was delicious. Loved the location to shopping and restaurants. Popular sites like the cathedrals and the castle were all in walking distance. We appreciated the laundry facilities as well. "
