Nice staff in all hotel premises. The cloud rooftop bar is also very cozy and has good view. Both hotel and bar allowed dog to stay ❤️

I stayed here for two nights while attending the Christmas Market. The hotel was very conveniently located next to the train station and a short, walk to the market area. It was trendy and clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was well equipped and the fireplace channel on the tv was a nice added touch - especially considering the time of year.

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice being located right next to the train station. We went to the top floor for cocktails and the service was fantastic and the drinks were delicious. Breakfast was perfect! Again the service was fantastic and the food was delicious.

The property is perfectly located near the train station and the walled old town. The roof top bar provided a beautiful view of old town. Breakfast was expensive but adequate, nothing special. The downside, the rooms are sparse, no closets or other amenities, broken chair, very dirty carpet in the hallways and in the room.

Let me preface my review by stating that the staff were perfectly fine and this review is not regarding them. The hotel, however, is plainly just a Motel One. I say this with great confidence as I just stayed in a Motel One days before I stayed at the Cloud One. The room was small, the bathroom was exactly the same as the Motel One, so you get nothing more - no mini fridge, not much space for luggage, nothing. Space isn't the biggest concern for me, but I know some may feel differently. The second thing I want to note is that the room was VERY warm. You can't adjust the temperature, only the fan speed and only at 24⁰ C or hotter (75⁰ F). Way too warm at night. The large window can be cracked open to cool off, which I did, but the room only stays so cool for so long (it was just over 0⁰ when we stayed so it got quite cool quite fast and didn't make a difference when sleeping). If you want to leave it open overnight, the streets are just too noisy since you're right by the central station. On top of this, you can hear the elevators running from the room, and they aren't quiet at all. With phones playing white noise at full volume, you can still hear the rhythmic noises of the elevators constantly, every minute of every hour, even through the night. I asked about changing rooms to be further away from the elevator but was unable to do so. I would pay way less for a Motel One, or even pay more for a better experience. Never staying at this hotel again, very disappointed.

Super convenient to the train, right next to the station. Short walk to old city and dining and shopping. Lack of A/C was annoying but could be serious - opening a single large door height window for air brings in a lot of noise, and the fall protection from the window is insufficient in my opinion. Great staff, very nice beds and linens.

On the plus side, it was very clean, incredibly sound proofed, hosting team was friendly and professional, perfect location for the railway station and city transport links. I am so sorry but your hotel was the first time I had been disappointed during my 12 day trip to Germany. The room was so small. I had been in other city centre hotels on my travels and it was really small compared to all the others and twice the price.

I wished the bedding fit the bed. It was difficult to share a bed with another person and have a cover that did not fit over both of us. The rest of the experience in the hotel was most enjoyable with tremendously friendly desk staff. The view from the bar was amazing with bar prices that were reasonable.
