Excellent hôtel, very well located in the city center and mostly super comfortable, the hotel has all services to make the stay easy and pleasant. Moreover the hotel staff is very friendly, kind and welcoming. They will facilitate everything and answer any question we have.

Loved the hotel and the city. Staff were very good and helpful. We went on Christmas eve when everything was closed and staff helped finding open restaurants. Rooms were clean and breakfast was extensive. Room felt a bit pricey with charge for an extra person. Its convenient located very close walk to train station and walking distance to old town

When I arrived at the hotel my reservation was not there and the person at the reception did not speak English or Spanish and did not understand anything I told him unfortunately I lost my money and it was a super bad experience

Great hotel close to the old town. Our room had a fridge and a great sized safe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food in the brasserie was tasty and not overly expensive. Underground parking bays were large but the entrance was ‘tight’ and we were relieved our hire car just fit through.
