"The hotel is in a great area to go hiking and to explore a little mountain region in Germany. The hotel was comfortable it had a homey feel to it the room was a bit small but hey it is Germany. Definitely a great mountain escape."

"The stay was amazing the room was nice , the only thing I would say is that the stay over service should be given every day, and it did not have breakfast and coffee should be free in the lobby area, every hotel I have ever stayed at gives free coffee. You should consider giving free breakfast or have some available for customers if nothing else I’d pay for it. But of course free is better "

"GREAT AMAZING HOTEL. A bit pricey but for the comfort and location for spa it's GREAT! Breakfast buffet is the best one I have ever been to. They have everything you would want for breakfast. It also has the BEST times until 1100 weekdays and noon weekends. AMAZING. I highly recommend. The spa was NOT the best. To get drinks you either go to the restaurant or a small bar in spa area. "when i checked in, staff already had my papers to check in, it was late at night about 9pm. he was very nice and suggest us to do different things in Nuremberg, gave us train schedule and city map. breakfast was awesome, the coffee maker is excellent.
