"We had a pleasant stay. The house is cozy, clean and comfortable. It is in a convenient location with several restaurants in walking distance as well as a supermarket. The neighborhood is quiet with little traffic coming through. Victor the host was responsive and answered any questions we had. Would recommend without hesitation."

"We were in town for the New Balance Indoor Track Nationals. Our two athletes were able to relax and eat well which gave them a great start for competition. Susan was an amazing host. She provide help when needed, recommendations for pizza and driving directions. The only thing that would be helpful was to know that the king bedroom can only be accessed through another bedroom which was tricky for us staying with non family members.Other than that everything else wes just right."

"House was very clean and spacious. The parking lot has a fabulous waterfall and koi fish feature which was very cool. Nice mattresses and plenty of beds. We enjoyed our quick overnight stay. Would definitely stay again. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at the lake house. We rented the house to visit with family in the area. The location is very close to Gillette Stadium and convenient to many restaurants. The home was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I loved the thoughtfulness of the coffee bar and snacks! The home was well stocked with everything we needed, such as trash bags, paper towels, dish wash and those start up items. We would definitely stay here again. "We really enjoyed the home, it was sparkling clean inside! The rooms were spacious! The only issue was the garbage cans outside were quite full and so we left ours on top of the can! We were very pleased overall!"

"The location w/in walking distance to Federal Hill, and close to an amazing restaurant Troop. We stayed with 3 families and it was great to have that much space to spread out. We would have hoped there was TVs in the place for the littles, and were unaware of this going into the location, which was a suprise. The driveway was too tight for anything other than a sudan, but there was ample street parking. Great place to put your stuff down and a comfortable place to sleep. "

She made sure my friends and I had everything we needed (which wasn't much because the house came with everything we needed). Overall, it was the perfect place for me and my friends, and I am glad we got to stay here! "

"3 day weekend. A. Great kitchen with a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. We were able to cook a lot. Fun. Upstairs was huge. Living area with a TV and a separated bedroom area. Nice bathroom as well. If the weather had been nicer (warmer) it is 1/2 a block from the Roger Williams park so a great place for walks and/or bike rides. Walgreens & CVS at the beginning of the street. Close to lots of things. We will be back again. TY to Steve for a great place and making things easy."
