"Major issue with safety as bedside lamps were hanging by their electrical cord. Also arriving at 5pm the room was not ready as they were short of staff. Quality of food at breakfast was really good but took a long time to prepare and the staff were trying to close the dining area while guests were still eating"

Very comfortable stay

"The Voco was way better than I was expecting. Really modern and very well appointed at a great rate. Very friendly staff and perfect for my business trip. Excellent food too in the restaurant. This way exceeded my expectations to be honest and I would happily stay here again when back in this area. "

"We use this hotel as our overnight stop prior to our cruise holiday. It perfect for access, clean friendly staff plus a very short transfer to the cruise terminal. It is very close to a great shopping complex for any last minute items "
