We can go to Wilmington or Oak Island, or just around the Southport area pretty easily from this hotel despite pick up traffic and road construction. The hotels is in pretty good shape, though it might be time for a deep clean in the public spaces and the hallways. Services always friendly and fast. "This was an adorable and charming little mom and pop place. Everything about it was inviting with old beach motel charm. The location was amazing in that it was close to beach and restaurants and even in town it was nestled under the oaks with a tropical landscape. This is a sweet spot for family and children to play as well. The staff serviced our room and refreshed it while we took a dip in the pool and we just couldn’t be more pleased with the personal attention. We will definitely return."
