"The hotel’s location is excellent, right near a vaparetto stop. Staying at this hotel gives you a small taste of life in Venice; challenging! You might have to carry your luggage up to four flights of stairs. Many of the rooms will hear party noises (coming from the bars and restaurants around it) most of the night. "Close to the airport but the shuttle was not available in the night when going to airport and the road is unsafe to walk there with luggage. The restaurant recommended was closed and the area is not developed. The room was clean but there was not even a glass to use for water. Very basic"

"The property was clean and spacious and well priced for the area, but would have benefitted from a map on booking as it had no signage and was difficult to find and as an apartment had no staff in the building. Also no tea or coffee, which could have been made clear on booking"

"We’re staying here twice this trip. The day we arrive by plane and the night from Venice before we rent the car to go north. It is a good place for this transition. Nice beds. Curtains that block the light. Easy to find. Great staff. A few blocks from the Mestre airport bus stop & train station. Just what we need."

"Our stay in Venice was an adventure from the start! The hotel is tucked away deep in the historic Jewish neighborhood, which makes it difficult to find at first. Thankfully, the locals were incredibly helpful—even though many didn’t know where the hotel was, they still helped us navigate to it. "Location is very ideal. Close to San Marco piazza and Rialto bridge. Tons of places to eat close by. Located in a quiet discreet alley way (calle) . Appartment was spacious with a separate sitting area, dinette and sofa from the bedroom. Super clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again "

"INCREDIBLE!!!! STAY HERE!!! I had the most fantastic time staying at these lofts - truly one of the highlights of my trip and the hotel made it such a breeze to check in and what not. Clean, comfy yet chic, felt very authentic while also being very modern. Cannot say enough good things about my stay here. "Love the place , really jn the centre of venice , near the canal & all . Room is cute & cozy , the only thing we didnt like was - there was no lift , and our room was in the 3rd floor ; quite hard to walk up after a long day . We’re on for 1Night only , so it’s fine . "

"Close to the train station which means less dragging bags over bridges, but a longer walk to San Marco. Decent food in the area and easy access to the water bus. They were super helpful when we had to stay for two extra night. Room was cold so do bring layers. "

"Great location close to Mestre train station where the airport buses also operate to and from. Easy access to heart of Venice by train for a few Euros and many trains per hour. Well appointed rooms and friendly staff offering a bag store too if your schedule requires it (ours didn't). "

"A beautiful Hotel in a magic city. The room was amazing, and the Hilton breakfast as always above and beyond any other. But what really made the difference was the Staff and their excellent service. From the warm welcome received upon arrival from Lucrezia to the attentive assistance received from the Concierge Team and Toros from Security. They were very supportive and helpful, as my wife had a foot injury during a museum visit, and made what seemed to be a ruined holiday, a very memorable one. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back. "
