"We stayed here to get to our early flight the following morning. It's a much smaller town than we expected. I was there with my son, and we were hoping to find a park to play in nearby. "OK I want to leave a fair review. First of all you have to follow all the provided instruction or you are not getting in. When you enter in the ground floor it's a bit scary but don't be alarmed. You will have to go to the 3rd fl there is no elevator with bags this may be a challenge for some. Staff is nice and helpful. Once you get to the 3rd fl where the rooms are things look good. Generally a very quiet area, although the Manin square is Right There! Many options for dining and shopping, and you can get a gondola right at the square. Vaporetto only about 2 blocks away. "Beautiful small property with visually stunning touches. It's a somewhat unusual mix of a boutique hotel and an Airbnb, e.g. no front desk or maid service. Fantastic base for us to explore Venice for a few days. Centrally located with a 10-15 minute walk to St. Mark's and the Rialto, 5-10 minute walk to water taxi services, 20-25 minute walk to the train station and automobile pickups. Also, the restaurant right next door, Hostaria Bacanaria, was one of the best meals of our whole trip."

"I like the price/value. 15 minutes walking to the bus station #6 that takes you to Venice downtown. There is a super big grocery store Panarama with good price, 5 minutes driving. The cabin is a little tight for us 4 big people but it’s cozy and warm (with heaters in each room). The only downside is the wifi signal is unstable, and the shower water temperature is not stable. Other than that we had a good time. I recommend it! "
