"I was so impressed with the communication and the condition of the property. The host was consistent with contacting me with information about how to enter the property and the expectations before arriving. The property was clean and organized. They did an excellent job with the decorations and it was very comfortable. Having a place for my dogs to enjoy was definitely a bonus. "Beautiful property with everything you can need. Right on a secluded beach. Owner was very responsive. Fast internet allowed two people to work remotely at the same time. Nothing bad to say about this place, it's a gem!"

"This was a lovely cottage. We enjoyed staying there and looking for all the mermaids. We would recommend it highly to another small group. Enjoyed Stone Harbor and Cape May. "This is a beautiful beach house, right on the water. Lots of amenities and upgrades. We loved the screened porch and upstairs deck. We were fine with the spiral stairs but they may be potentially challenging for some guests. The area is a little isolated and the beach was quiet in mid-October, which was perfect for us! I highly recommend this property."

"I can’t say enough about this property and owner. She literally had EVERYTHING you could possibly need and extras for anything you might have forgotten. If you are flying in, and not staying in one of Tricia’s homes you are overpacking, overspending and missing out on a great rental experience!"
