"Late evening checkin, staff were very welcoming, also sending a text once I was in the room to make sure everything was good. Room was great, much larger and more contemporary than I expected. Bed was very comfortable. Only knock on the room would be the tub. The fastener cover on the safety handle in the tub wasn't on properly and all the internals were rusting and unsightly, the tub also had an odd deformation/dip in the middle which meant it didn't drain fully and always had some standing water and subsequent staining. Soap residue there also made it slippery when first stepping in. Breakfast was plentiful and filling. "

Impeccably clean and so many amenities come included- bath towels, shampoo, soap, beach towels, beach chairs, linens, brand new milk and coffee creamer, homemade pumpkin bread- really the only thing you need is clothes and groceries for meals and you are set. A two minute walk away from a beautiful bay beach where we watched the sunset both nights. My seven year old said she had more fun here than at the Jersey shore beaches. Everyone in the neighborhood is so friendly. Host is the best I’ve ever communicated with- there was a coastal flood warning while we were there and he made sure to call me to inform us of the situation. Also gave a ton of recommendations of places to eat and what to do in the area. Can’t WAIT to go back!!"

"Vacation property has really nice enclosed yard and a great deck at front door. House has 3 bedrooms, living room, cheerful family room, and very complete kitchen with washer and dryer. Rooms have cute beach decor."
