"The location of this property is great. Short walk to both town center as well as the beach. The house is clean and well equipped, but the spiral staircase can feel a bit narrow/dangerous when carrying large items up and down the stairs. It may not be great for families with very young kids. Only real complaint was communication related to adding pool passes. The instructions say to call, but no one seemed to know what I was talking about or how to add them. "We cannot say enough about the unit in Niceville right on the bayou that we stayed in, hosted by Rose & Curtis. On arrival, everything was spotless and extremely well provisioned with the best supplies. The unit was roomy and so nicely laid out with great views and excellent outdoor space. There was a generous supply of towels, soap, etc. Both Rose and Curtis were beyond responsive to any queries. So friendly and so accomondating. If still available, we'd love to stay there again."

"We stayed at Absolute Delight for Fall Break 2024. The property is located within the Destiny by the Sea gated community- which is the best location in Destin, in my opinion. There is a private beach which is so nice. The house itself is absolutely beautiful and has an elevator for those who may have trouble with stairs.
