"This is exactly what it says: one bedroom and a bathroom, with a small entry that has a microwave and a small frig. The bed is very comfortable. If you are looking for spacious, however, or a place to sit and study, this is not the place unless you want to sit on the bed. VM IS FULL PROBABLY WITH COMPLAINTS AND HOTELS.COM SUCKS AT REFUNDING CUSTOMERS WHO WERE LED TO THIS PLACE ONLY TO FIND IT DOESN'T IN ANY WAY REFLECT WHAT IS ON HOTELS.COM. "My daughter and I stayed in this basement apartment for over a week in the summer. It was nice and cool. Almost too cool at some points but just the right amount of cool at other moments. Very clean and the family above is quiet and very friendly. The apartment is huge. Lots of space. The beds are super comfortable. They are big and firm and not warped on one side or on the edges. Having said that i must warn travelers that the host likes to cook with Indian spices that are very strong and aromatic that last all night. They have kids that like to run and you hear every step.
