"Clean room, beautiful front lobby and breakfast area, and plentiful parking. Staff were quick and polite. Within minutes of the American dream mall, this hotel was extremely convenient. The only real complaints I have are that the water pressure in the shower is pretty low, meanwhile the water pressure in the sink comes out like a fire hydrant. Also, breakfast had many options and most were good, minus the super watery and flavorless oatmeal. All in all would stay here again though!"

"I liked the breakfast menu options and room layout. I didn't like the fact that the eating area was very cool to cold. This was due to an issue they were having with the front doors. They could not get them to close all the way. There was a sign letting us know about the problem, but I didn't realize it would impact the temperature of the dining area."

"The service at the front desk and restaurant were excellent. The room was clean, but the cabinet door to the refrigerator was broken and there was only luke warm water in the shower. "

"When I checked in there was a dirty used washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod. It might still be there. Room 312. After housekeeping came through there was more trash on the carpet than before they came by. Most of the staff was very inattentive. I’ve been working in hotels for 30 years and I know how things should be. "

"Inside the rooms are great for people like me that dont ask or need alot and for people driving in. Free Parking, Easy in and out on the highway, reasonably priced gas stations and Dunkin near by. Only downside is that those who want to drive into the city are subject to the congestion fee. Inside fullfridge with microwave and free parking. "We stayed here with our 3 dogs between Christmas and New Years. It is in a gorgeous neighborhood of sprawling estate homes. This property had tons of room to spread out. The yard is HIGE and completely fenced in. The rooms are decorated with the photography work of the owner and other interesting pieces. Plenty to do on site and not too far from the city. Lisa was great and even let our dogs out to potty so we could relax traveling into the city for a show and dinner. We would love to...
