"The staff and property were excellent, although the bed left a bit to be desired as it was not comfortable at all. Will say the heater works great as I had to turn the ac on in our room at about 2am because even 67 was way to hot lol"

"Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good and there was a curved shower bar. WIFI was good. Check-in was fast and friendly. Parking lot was cleared of snow promptly. Breakfast buffet was decent. Literally my only complaint was that they ran out of gravy for the biscuits. We would stay here again."

I stay at the Crossroads hotel and event center every other month for the past several months now to spend time with grand baby and they are extremely helpful and accommodating. Im very greatful for their stuff they go above and beyond their duties. "
