I pre checked in online and asked for an upgrade to a king bed room. the front desk had no record of it and advised that they were not “ trained”on the new system yet. I I had to check in all over again and did not get the $20 room upgrade that I was offered online

Ran out of towels and toilet paper the first day. Toilet paper was awful. Housekeeping did not touch our room on the second day. Trash was overflowing when we left. Most of the staff was rude and indifferent. Had to run down towels and toilet paper on the second day.

I didn't even stay here didn’t say anything about calling or anything. I had car problems couldnt make it to the hotel they charged me the full amount and then got it to half the price they still took money from me not to even stay there completely not right. And take peoples money there is a ROBIN that runs the front desk completely rude hangs up phone on people has major addittude. Never go there they over chrage for rooms and if you dont show up they charge you anyways!
