"Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good and there was a curved shower bar. WIFI was good. Check-in was fast and friendly. Parking lot was cleared of snow promptly. Breakfast buffet was decent. Literally my only complaint was that they ran out of gravy for the biscuits. We would stay here again."

I stay at the Crossroads hotel and event center every other month for the past several months now to spend time with grand baby and they are extremely helpful and accommodating. Im very greatful for their stuff they go above and beyond their duties. "

"The staff was very quick to help when we needed new sheets and trash bags. The cleaning lady stopped by multiple times asking if we needed anything. The pool was a relaxing temperature. Breakfast was ready and hot at 5 am. My only two complaints were about the ice hold hot tub and lack of gym equipment. Some of it didn’t work or didn’t work well. Apart from those which went much of an issue our stay was pleasant and we will definitely chose this hotel for our next visit. "
