"We came for Basic Training Graduation. We had 5-7 in our group. The house did fine for our purposes. It would have been nice to have access to a broom and maybe laundry. We had a slight glitch with the TV. But, we worked around it. The host was responsive. The donkey, miniature horse and cats were a wonderful perk.The area coming into Medicine Park is a bit sketchy, but the house was fine. There is no basement, so with the tornado warnings… we weren’t sure where to go. The house has a clear DIY...

"Its a great pkace to stay since its right near the resort area but far enough away for peace and quiet. Very cloae to the Wichita Mountain Wildlife Refuge.where we did alot of hiking. The cabin is nicely remodeled and clean."

"The property, interior and exterior, were as listed. There was plenty of room and facilities for all four of us. The owner provided accurate information about accessing the property and it was very easy to get in and lock the doors during times when we went out. Medicine Park is a very nice area to visit - kind of like a bedroom community. We were there near Halloween and the park was decorated appropriately - it was fun. I whole heartedly recommend this property and the Park."

"This was our second stay. We love the quietness of the property and of course the horse and donkeys. Perfect spot for a weekend or midweek getaway. It is also a great base for traveling to local attractions like The wildlife refuge and Medicine Park. Just make sure you bring extra carrots. "

It was easy to find, and the entry codes were simple to use, which made our experience even better. Also there was a locked gate that adds more security. The scenery is just beautiful depending on what way you come you might see the lake. The neighbors little horse may greet you and same with their donkey. My 2 yr old just had a blast with them. "If you like quiet and relaxation, this is the place to stay. The host Suzanne met us when we arrived. She was exceptionally nice and friendly. We sat outside and visited for probably 30 minutes. Wendye checked in often online to see if we needed anything. We would liked to have had a major news channel on the TV, but it was not a major issue. Overall it is a nice place to stay and I hope we can go back again."
