"Really nice and friendly with exceptional service."

"The room was very clean and spacious (304) and as I am disabled was within walking distance of the restaurants and bar. The bathroom was lovely, it even had a tv built in! The people working there made our experience absolutely wonderful, especially, tall Phil, small Phiĺ, Chloe and Rachel who gave us lots to smile about with the warmest of welcomes, the staff were so friendly and accommodating, by far the best place we have ever stayed at in terms of staff. I understand the hotel has recently being taken over and look forward to visiting again to see the exciting improvements the new owners make. The only thing I hope they dont change too much are the people working there, from our experience, they are a credit to the company. We have stayed at lots of 4 and 5 star golf and spa hotels, yes I am a golf widow! This is definitely one to return to. The only suggestion would be to improve the changing area for the pool, being disabled, there was only one tiny general changing room which was constantly in use, there could be a designated disabled changing room for those of us who have extra support needs and have to take some time to change. Other than that, a great experience. Thank you x "

"Jonathan welcomed us as we arrived. He gave us a full overview about the area, touring options and the house facilities. He was very considirate and we worked a breakfast that suited our kosher diet. The house is AMASING! huge bed, beutiful bathroom, everything is nicely decorated. We didn't come with a car so we used public transportation (Uber, train). It worked great."

"Easy walk to the beach , and lovely walks along the coast, viewing gormleys another place statues on the beach.It was too cold for the hot tub regrettably, but the situation of the property was perfect. Local train station just down the road, with a good and frequent metro line service into Liverpool. No.local shop was the only disappointment "

"Wonderful property with all the comforts of home. We arrived to a beautiful basket of goodies and a warm welcome from our host. Julie went out of her way to help us get settled in. We would highly recommend this holiday home if you are planning to visit the Liverpool area. Easy access to the sights of the city and great restaurants nearby. Wish we could have stayed longer! "Great location, short drive or train into the city. Easy to find. Has everything you need, perfect. The communication with the property managers was exceptional from start to finish and even met at the property rather than a lock box, they are 10/10."
