"Great location, walking distance to malls and restaurants, room was soundproof and very comfortable. The reception is going through some renovations which made the check in area very noisy and with strong paint/chemical odor. These renovations should be mentioned when the customer makes the booking so dosen't take you by surprise. Saying that, the works were only at reception and didnt afect the comfort of the room. "

"Mi nombre es Robert, habitación 308. Mi esposa Jennifer y yo deseamos hacer este humilde reconocimiento a Uno de los 2 mejores hoteles en que nos hemos hospedado (el otro está en Stambul, Turquía) El personal además de simpáticos y amables, son todos profesionales. El desayuno (incluido) es variado, delicioso, nutritivo y abundante. El vehículo que traslada del y al aeropuerto no solo es puntual (pasa cada 30 min) sino, los conductores son simpaticos, amables y muy responsables. Al llegar al hotel se confundieron de habitación e inmediatamente fuimos reubicados sin titubeo y con disculpas por delante. Realmente lo recomendamos 100%. Además pedimos permiso para compartir con nuestra familia en el bar (solamente 6) y permiso concedido de una vez, la coctelería es espectacular… recomiendo el mojito porque lo hacen realmente como yo los sé hacer (de los mejores) y la caipiriña me dejo sorprendido a pesar de que no soy amante de ella pero la he pedido para probarlos y oh! Sorpresa casi mejor que las que yo hago Los precios me parecen Justos. Así que si visitas Bogota y no te hospedas en este Sheraton, realmente no sabes lo que te estás perdiendo. Solo queda decir MUCHAS GRACIAS! Nos faltó disfrutar del área húmeda por razones de tiempo… pero ya será en la próxima… Es una promesa!!!"
