"Beautiful comfortable house in the town of Son Serra de Marina. Pool was great and the whole family enjoyed the outdoor living. We all commented how relaxing and calm it was there but you’re still in a town with facilities that were good with the supermarket and a few restaurants in walking distance."

"The property was very clean and very well equipped. Communication with the host was very good. It was a short walk - 10-15mins - to both beaches, albeit the walks were a little difficult for my parents due to the stairs. Cala Mendia itself is a very quiet resort but it had enough restaurants for our needs. I would recommend the local shops for essentials only as they are very expensive. "Das Ferienhaus hat wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, einen tollen Ausblick und auch sonst ist alles wie beschrieben. Das Haus besteht aus 2 seperaten Wohnungen, unten ist ein Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, Küche und ein Badezimmer. Oben das gleiche nur mit 2 Schlafzimmern und großer Terrasse mit Gasgrill. Die Wohnungen sind sauber und gut eingerichtet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen."

"Fantastic property with everything you could need for a perfect stay. Lovely pool and outdoor area. Close to beaches, supermarket, bars and restaurants, but nice and quiet too. Astrid was very helpful when our transfers didn’t show up, helping us to contact trusted taxi services and get us both to and from the resort. Stopped this from spoiling our holiday and made us feel very welcome. Overall, a wonderful holiday!"

"Wunderschönes Haus mit sehr viel Platz, das Flair von Capdepera ist toll, dort kann man gut dem Tourismus entfliehen. Maria ist sehr nett und war für Fragen immer zu erreichen. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns auch ein Kinderbett und Hochstuhl zu Verfügung gestellt. Wir werden aufjedenfall wiederkommen. "

"Die Villa Prestige ist sehr schönes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Sogar die Messer waren scharf 😅 Das Haus war sauber und Agentur und Vermieter sehr gut zu erreichen und sehr entgegenkommendt. Nur die Lage war nicht optimal. Das Ferienhaus ist zwar nur 300 m vom Lidl 800 m vom Strand entfernt, liegt aber an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Also bei offenen Fenster ist 6.00 Uhr die Nacht vorbei. Wir waren tagsüber eher selten im Ferienhaus und damit war das für uns zwar nicht ideal aber...

"Room is spacious and clean. Air conditioner is slightly noisy but acceptable. The room is not very sound proof so in the morning you can hear people on the corridor walking and talking. It was also weird that they only allow cash for deposit of borrowing towel, when you already have hold deposit in your room. The staff in the restaurant does not speak English very well, but the staff at reception is helpful."

"The location was 10/10 for views, access to the local town and it was relatively quiet. The apartment space and comfort was good and the beds were comfy. Outside space was excellent. One downside was the lack of kitchen utensils and a welcome pack of washing up liquid and a dishcloth/scourer would have been brilliant.
