We were able to park in a free public lot near the house. There is a lot of info provided in the welcome email including what to do if the water doesn’t work and trash pick up. "The villa was absolutely perfect for our group of 12. There was plenty of space for everyone and the bedrooms and bathrooms were enormous. Due to the amazing weather, we spent the whole time outside around the beautiful pool and eating outside in the outdoor kitchen, which was perfect for socialising and celebrating. Paul was a great host and really help before and during our stay. We’ll definitely be back."

"A very nice two bedroom with a lovely outside patio area. Very guilt a secluded backing on to a forested ravine with other houses across the gap. No mountain views but still quite scenic. It is a little out of the way from any of the more touristic areas of Mallorca. The beach is close but not so useful in February. Still we had a very comfortable and quiet stay which is what we were looking for."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Finca. It is in a peaceful and pretty area just outside the town of Arta. We found it to be even better than the description.
