"Lovely villa and pool - wish I'd asked for the sun terrace table and chairs as per the photo As these were not available to us. Possibly a simple phone call would have had them made available... Everything else was great. As with all properties a few basics to help keep the property clean would have helped. Rubbish bags, cleaning cloths, cleaning products."

"We had a fantastic weeks stay at Jeroni’s home in Can Picafort. The communication before and during our stay was the best I’ve ever experienced, with nothing being too much bother! "The property was very well maintained and well equipped. It was very comfortable and the type of villa we like. Our only criticisms were there was no toilet in the downstairs shower room having been taken out to make room for a sauna, meaning anybody used the down stairs bedroom had no toilet nearby, and no mirrors in the two twin bedrooms. Other than these points, it was a great villa."

"This is a lovely, very remote villa. Not the easiest to find with Google maps but worth the trouble. So peaceful, good facilities. Lovely pool. Has everything you need for a great relaxing holiday. Very well equipped. The owner is very friendly and works very hard to keep the property maintained beautifully. No English but we got by no problem. The owner is there everyday tidying, watering the garden, emptying the rubbish etc but it wasn’t a problem. The only thing we wished we had been warned...

"The location was 10/10 for views, access to the local town and it was relatively quiet. The apartment space and comfort was good and the beds were comfy. Outside space was excellent. One downside was the lack of kitchen utensils and a welcome pack of washing up liquid and a dishcloth/scourer would have been brilliant. "Room is spacious and clean. Air conditioner is slightly noisy but acceptable. The room is not very sound proof so in the morning you can hear people on the corridor walking and talking. It was also weird that they only allow cash for deposit of borrowing towel, when you already have hold deposit in your room. The staff in the restaurant does not speak English very well, but the staff at reception is helpful."
