" Wry nice property and location but service is terrible, AC did not wrk throughout the whole stay and weather was in the 80’s. There was no one to solve it. Rooms had no blinds, so it was really hard to sleep with the street light coming in at ningun and the sun in the morning. Everybody at the property pretended it was a very normal thing not to have shutters in a 4 star apartment!! When I requested a later check in or checkout if available, they tried to charge me the equivalent to a one...

Good size room, the heater works but the hot water in the shower doesn’t really get hot. bed is ok but the pillows are terrible very uncomfortable because they are high and hard really hurt my neck. The location is good enough, 15 minutes ish to George Town, 10mins ish to subway, otherwise nothing else is close by. "
