"We had a great stay at The Grady. The room was comfortable and clean. I actually forgot my expensive custom pillow and they were kind enough to ship it back to me. I docked it one star because water pooled on the bathroom really badly, even though we were careful and used the bath mat. Other than that it was excellent. "

" The Hotel is in bad need of renovation. I had to ask the staff to come over both days to let us in to our room because of the door handle would not work. It was cold each morning and you could see the outside light under the door keeping the room cold."
