"It IS a 3-story motel, simple, nothing fancy! But very clean, my room with great marina - water view! Next to couple seafood restaurants and bar, but I didn’t hear much noise. The couple allowed me to check-in early when the room finished cleaning. Great price, but the rules are a bid strict, I didn’t mind the deposit to cover potential damage, and they refunded quickly. I would like to see they offer a longer, off peak time rate with a discount (monthly, allow some ocasional light cooking!...

There were issues however, with the fact that the other guests were loud and noisy and awfully haven't arguments and fights and hallways.
