"The 2 bed unit we stayed at was clean. Bathroom was a little dated. There were a lot of stairs throughout the property and in the unit. Just an fyi for anyone traveling with older family members. "This is a beautiful property. It is quite sprawling and requires a lot of walking or riding on the electric carts—not a problem for us. The restaurants get quite busy and may require a reservation well in advance. Also it is really popular with families with small children so be forewarned if you are not ready to be around a LOT of kids. The staff were uniformly helpful and courteous (in fact this seemed to be true everywhere in Puerto Rico). The only disappointment for us was the beach area...
