"Our family had a most relaxing stay at the Loiza condo. The pools and beach were beautiful and private. We only ran into other residents occasionally. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We appreciated the energy efficient cooling and lighting systems. Our host, Justo, was most attentive and always helpful when we had questions. We hope to return in the future. "

"We stayed here for two weeks- May 11-25 2024. The property is very nice, as pictured on the photos. The kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay. There are two beach umbrellas and 4 chairs at the property. Air conditioning worked without any issues (some issues were mentioned in previous reviews, we did not have any). Second week we worked from this location, so we used Wi Fi a lot, it was Ok. Basically, we had a nice and comfortable stay. The beach started bringing in some seaweed...

"We had an amazing time during our stay! Carmen was a wonderful host and her property was amazing! She was very thoughtful and provided many useful items like sunscreen, towels, bug spray, pool and sand toys and many other items. It was close to the beach and the beach was always very clean and beautiful. There were several local eateries and hidden beaches that we enjoyed going to. I would happily stay here again!!"
