"Good location near family. Quite, peaceful. Just a couple complaints, living room furniture highly stained and worn out needs replacing. What to do with trash was confusing at first but Dani cleared the situation when I asked. Overall good time and location to visit family who live in the area."

"This home worked well for our group. We ended up renting a pontoon boat elsewhere because the one onsite had no bimini top to shade us from the sun, but we thoroughly enjoyed fishing from the dock at the property. Easy access to St. John's River"

Very friendly and welcoming. The house and surrounding land was so peaceful. We enjoyed every minute we stayed. I would highly recommend staying here. We will surely be visiting again. While chaos was happening in our home town, we were welcomed and taken care of by the host and her family. A 100/100 for me!"

Mother nature was against a lot of fishing due to high water which made dock unusable so had to put in each time wanted to fish at city dock plus high winds - both can happen there anytime. "This rental was very spacious, couches were very comfortable. The water was not safe to drink and plenty of bottled water was available. The downside is that the odor of the water made it extremely unpleasant to bathe in. The internet was very difficult to stay connected and the TV would pause repeatedly while trying to watch it. The very first day we arrived, I spilled water on the kitchen floor, after wiping it up, the paper towel was filthy so I don’t believe the floor was washed before our...
