"The only issue is 2 of the 3 people at the front desk were not friendly at all. They didnt let you know anything the hotel offers. So when you book on Expedia you have no clue. "The room was exceptionally clean, housekeeping did a fabulous job (even folded my son's pizza blanket to look like a slice of pizza), we were treated like VIPs and were able to use the laundry facility even after we checked out, to finish up laundry. The manager Clarissa is wonderful lady and made us feel like home during our stay. Breakfast was perfect both days and parking was very convenient for being so close to downtown. We will book our stays at this hotel anytime we are in Chattanooga from now on."
