"Me and my teenage son liked the room, restaurant and the friendly welcoming staff. The choice and quality of breakfast was great and all topped off by the superb location. I do hope they have availability next time we decide on a trip to Llandudno as it's now our first choice."

"if I could give the staff more than 5 stars I would ! they were amazing and very kind. I loved the room and the black book they put together that shows you information about the town and places to go. There are local pubs in walking distance and a tram right down the road. I would recommend staying here to anyone. "
