She assisted me in finding the business center, which was exactly what I needed. In addition, on my second night requested a room that was not connected to another room. She arranged for me to have access to all the hotel's amenities while my room was changed. The customer service I received was first-class."

"The Bestwestern in Fishkill, NY was amazing. We had a great stay in a room with a loft. The room was very large and gave our family of 4 enough space to spread out and feel like we were at home. The breakfast that was included was great as well and offered a fairly large selection. The outdoor space was perfect for our sons to ride their scooters along the paths between buildings. We will definitely be staying here the next time we are down. "
