"The view is what sells the apartment .. it's all downhill from there really. Or should I say 'uphill' as there are 53 steps and 4 potholed paths to get to and from the top apt. Had the number of steps been advertised I would not have booked a stay at the Cove. There is quite a lot of noise from the road and railway which runs right outside. If the look they were going for was 'shabby chic' .. they certainly achieved 'Shabby' ! Walls marked and plaster crumbling away in various places. ...

"My wife and I stayed a month so we got to know how the place worked or sometimes didn’t. First the good. The house is wonderfully situated high over the bay. The views from the principal rooms are truly stunning especially those from the master suite.The whole place is very spacious. The pool is wonderful. There is a very good shopping mall about 10 minutes drive and you can walk down to a nice beach. There are some quite good restaurants a short drive away, the best is probably Harbour...
